E. Arol Fesmire (1915–2002) was the general contractor for the Korman project.
He was born in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. One of Philadelphia’s most prominent builders, he worked in construction from 1933 to 1990.1 Details of Fesmire’s biography come from his obituary, published 15 February, 2002, The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News
In addition to his work with Kahn, his portfolio included hundreds of houses, churches (over 80), and commercial buildings (including retirement communities). He was active in the evangelical church as a deacon and elder.
Fesmire played piano for many years at the Church of the Open Door in Philadelphia and Fort Washington, and as a guest piano soloist at Indian River Presbyterian Church in Fort Pierce, Florida.
